At VA Fabrication BV, our passion for safety and precision goes beyond the traditional motorsport world. While we have made our mark with roll cages for racing cars, rally trucks and military vehicles, we are always looking forward to new challenges.
Special projects always have a special place in our hearts. Whether it is solar vehicles or luxury cars, exclusive custom-made exhausts, aluminium fuel tanks or wishbones, we have proven that we are flexible and can meet the needs of various projects. An excellent example of this is our collaborations with universities such as TU Eindhoven and TU Delft, for which we have manufactured products for solar cars.
For solar cars, such as TU Eindhoven’s camper and off-road solar car and TU Delft’s Nuna race car, we have made roll cages that are not only safe, but also light and efficient.
We understand that luxury vehicles also require special attention and precision. Our roll cages for luxury cars combine safety with aesthetics so that they add real value to the car. Think of it as a piece of jewellery.

We go beyond designing and manufacturing roll cages. Although roll cages are our core business, we offer a wide range of products and services to meet different needs in the automotive industry.
Through our 3D scanning technology, the possibilities are endless. From complete exhaust systems to custom fire flow tanks and sump plates, we get excited about everything. For example, we produce custom-made aluminium fuel tanks (with optional FIA FT3 tank bags) which can be designed according to your wishes. By designing the tanks to the available free spaces, maximum fuel capacity can be achieved. The necessary cut-outs can also be made for other components in/under the car. Are you looking for a custom-made stainless steel exhaust system? For that too, you have come to the right place. Tightly measured using 3D scan technology, carefully manufactured and welded with an eye for detail, the stainless steel exhaust pipes are made. VA wishbones and subframes are manufactured with the same dedication to quality and safety as our roll cages. High-quality materials combined with thoughtful design.
