measuring
After our first meeting, we subject your car to our 3D scanning equipment. With this, we make a highly accurate scan that serves as the basis of the design. The scan will serve as a display model and offers many possibilities during the design phase. Visualising the product lends itself perfectly to giving the customer a clear impression.
Engineering
In the engineering phase, we get to work on a suitable design for your product. Our skilled engineers combine technical expertise with innovation to realise the customer’s vision. Whether it is a roll cage, exclusive custom exhaust, fuel tank or subframe, each project is approached with the same passion. We go beyond the norm, and that makes all the difference at this stage.
Production
When making your product, we strive for top quality. Our VA roll cages are known for their tight fit in the car, as well as for their clean welding. Besides rollcages, we are also well versed in the manufacture of stainless steel exhausts, aluminium fuel and catchtanks, wishbones, subframes and everything to do with tubes in motorsport!
Certification
Finally, we arrange the documentation and the roll cage is certified by the Dutch ASN, the KNAF. Then we will send you the certificate with all the details, so you can pass event inspections worry-free.
