After our introduction, the vehicle is precisely scanned using our 3D scanning equipment. This scan forms the foundation for the design and serves as an exact digital reference model. It provides extensive possibilities during the design phase and allows for clear visualization, giving you a realistic view of the final product.
Engineering
During the engineering phase, we develop the optimal design for your roll cage or tube structure. Our experienced engineers combine technical expertise with innovation to translate the client’s vision into a safe and functional design. We also engineer the necessary welding jigs to ensure efficient and precise production. Each project, from one-offs to small series, is handled with the same care and dedication. Going beyond standard practices is what makes the difference.
Production
In the production phase, we focus on delivering the highest quality. Our VA roll cages are known for their perfect fit and precise welds. In addition to roll cages, we specialize in manufacturing all types of tube structures within motorsport, from subframes and control arms to fully customized tube solutions. Every product is realized with the same precision and craftsmanship.
Certification
Finally, we handle all documentation and ensure that the roll cage is certified by the KNAF. The certificate, including all relevant details, is provided to you, allowing for worry-free participation in event inspections.
